Is there an easy way to rotate an Exel sheet?

  hastelloy 12:41 23 Jan 2007

I have an Exel file which has names along the top and events attended down the side. I need to change it so that names are down the side and events along the top. There are no calculations involved. Is this possible or do I have to start from scratch? All suggestions gratefully received.

Select your data and Copy it.

Move to a blank part of the worksheet and use Edit > Paste Special > Transpose.

Go to the Help section in Excel and look up a function called TRANSPOSE.

Isn't it easy when you know how? Thanks to both for a very fast, effective response.
