I recently built my first PC for my Dad, but unfortunately after about four months the CPU died.

Thanks partially to the advice given on this forum, I have managed to address the overheating problem that I had.

After replacing the case with something larger and replacing the thermal interface material with Arctic Silver I have managed to reduce the CPU temperature from 60-65 degrees to 29-32 degrees. A slight improvement I'll think you'll agree.

Thanks for all the advice.
