Hi AllHas anyone else had the same problem,When I download an album or single from Tesco downloads and try to copy to CD using Nero for some reason Nero doesnt recognise the file so unable to copy. However when I use windows xp drag and drop the files appear in windows media player and goes through somesort of process which takes up to 30mins then decides to copy to CD,I am really puzzled i thought Nero would just copy the file anyway as the download type is MP3
Tesco uses 'wma' format, not 'mp3'.
Thanks for the update, when I right click a file it comes up as MP3
I stand corrected. I was under the impression tbat all tracks were wma. I've just had a look at their FAQs and it says tracks are 'by and large provided in wma format'. So, obviously some and some.Sorry I can't help with your question.
any further ideas
it may have something to do with DRM you may have to remove DRM from the file to copy it via nero unfortunatly i cant tell you how this is done
