Can anyone cast any light on a TAP132.dll error which stops windows from working.
It reports that the "NONAME" program is not responding and reinstalling is needed TAP132.dll cannot be found.
Any ideas

What windows version are you running?
Tapi32.dll is a windows file TAP132.DLL could be a virus.
What antivirus are you using and is it up to date?

PS Will it Start in Safe Mode keep tapping F5 or F8 as comp starts. If it does do a System Restore or choose Last Known Good Configuration instead of Safe Mode in F8

Thanks for your input and it was the tapi32.dll file which had gone missing.
The first name that came up was Google tool bar would not run because of the missing dll file so google got the boot and then every other item you clicked on you got the message but when cancelled the message the program ran. It appeared that some major system screw up was taking place so I re-installed XP Pro. Problem solved for now!
Thanks again for your help.
