Seems like a good system set-up. All should be compatible. From this set-up, I can't see any reason for conflicts.

Yes, I got cast hdd etc.
And for all I linked, it comes to about £315

You will need standard DDR memory with that system not DDR2.
That board takes DDR400, DDR333, or DDR266 memory.
Only the newer Intel and AMD AM2 cpus use DDR2.
