System32 screen popup

When I turn on my PC and it starts booting up, the desktop appears as normal, but then the system32 screen pops up and then the following message appears: "The drive or network connection that the shortcut"MyWebSearchEmailPlugin.ink" refers to is unavailable.Make sure that the disk is properly inserted or the network resource is unavailable, and then try again" I click on OK and then X out the system32 screen and the desktop appears normal .

I have tried searching for the shortcut in the files so that I can delete it but I cannot find it.

How do I get this off when it boots up.Please help.Thank you
