system restore

hi when i press system restore settings to turn it off it dosen't respond i can get it ok if i go through control panelbut wourather fix it thanks Chippy ps restore works ok setting a restore point or restoring i just cant get into the settings using the interface

You may need to delete some of your restore points OR increase the size of your "system restore" - it may be "restricted" due to there being insufficient space.

This is how I get to it, Start\Programs\Accessories\System Tools\System Restore\System Restore\ Settings

I access it by right-clicking My Computer (desktop icon) > Properties > System Restore tab. G

hi i have no problem with system restore it is where it says at the lefthand side (red letters)stystem restore settings when i click on that to choose to stop monitoring the mouse pointer just changes to the hour glass and the settigs don't open thanks Chippy. ps have tried sfc but makes no difference
