System monitor how to install from win disc

  canard 15:56 05 Oct 2003

When Win 98 SE was reinstalled the recommended option was for the smaller installation. This left the system monitor [is this the right name- it gives processor usage and memory availability] in system tools out of the installation. Is it possible to add it to the installation and if so would one of you PC Einsteins please be kind enough to tell me how.

click start, control panel, add/remove software, windows components ( think thats what its called ) and look in the different options in the menu and when ya find it, put a tick in the box and click ok/apply. it may ask for the disk to be in cd drive. long time since having 98 on system.
