system crash

Hi, I have a desktop and I reinstalled an USB BT devise. They system said restart the computer for it to take effect and I restarted it and it crashed. IT opened with a screen that said a problem probably happened with new hardware installation and gave me options to open in safe mode, with network, with command and open in last mode when it worked perfectly. I tried each of this option, it starts to boot and goes silent with screen going totally blank. Please help. Since it would not even start with safe mode, I am totally lost.

Remove BT device from USB socket, re boot pc. If it starts ok. Plug in BT Device and use the utility to configure it not to use BT Networks.

Also check BIOS for boot device order. In my bios I have a setting for USB devices and that can be disabled until required.

Its just a shot but I have had all manner of problems with BT devices and have tried all kinds of things to get them working.
