The system adminstrator has set policies.........

Hi. I'm trying to download itunes and this error message keeps popping up :(

"The system adminstrator has set policies to prevent this installation."

Its the first time its ever done this! I'm running windows 7 and didn't set up adminstrator account to my knowledge.

Any help would be gratefully received.

Group Policy controls that message condition. But may be over rides by i24 method if the policy is set to your account specifically and not to a user group.

Try i24's method, if it works then great although you will still need to sort you policy eventually. If it does not work, we will need to know your Windows 7 version (Home premium, Pro. Etc) so we can give you the most relavant instructions to correct your gp.
