hi,

does anyone know what sysdoc.32exe is?

i have it running in processes and at startup and it is using large amounts of cpu plus memory

This explains it:

Paddy - I think it is some sort of Spyware, do a search at click here brings up loads of threads, think you need to install and run a Spyware program.
