Hello all,

Had my HP PC for just about 3 months and on shut downs after updates i get a svchost.exe error, and will no longer be able to download the certain update or install it. Then once I get to reboot without error, I have to reinstall all audio drivers. Ran full virus scan, and found zilch, so called ther number I was given. Just told to reinstall Windows, which I did, and then got the sam problem as well as randomly on shut down, which does not require me to reinstall drivers, but can get annoying. Any ideas?

TIA.

Adam

Try removing Microsoft automatic up-dates,Reboot computer,And run up-dates manually.See if that works,There should be an up-date from Microsoft,At least there was one yesterday that might help.
