SupportSoft sprtcmd . Anyone know what this is?

Hello. Zonealarm keeps telling me that 'SupportSoft sprtcmd' is trying to access the internet, I don't have the faintest idea what this is and cant find it by googling or anything.Does anyone know what it is? I keep denying it and it hasnt affected my connection or anything, but I want to know what it is!! I searched my hard drive but it didnt find anything.
Any help would be great.

It is a Talk talk file - allow access. I don't know what it does but it is legitimate and definitely not a virus.
