Sometimes, when attempting to play a streaming video, Windows says: Windows Media Player cannot play the file because a network error occurred. The server might not be available or you might not be connected to the network. Well, there ain't no netwrok - just me and my computer. But sometimes it will play. Using Realplayer usually does the trick but today I did this and RP was streaming in a series of stills, each lasting about a second.

Bumped again in the hope that someone out there can help. Today, I tried to play a video using Media Player and it was playing in a series of stills with the soundtrack running as normal Part of the problem may be my computer which is very erratic and slow.
