STOPzilla! Query

  Abel 11:17 14 Sep 2009

Last year I purchased STOPzilla! which I paid for by credit card. Because I failed to read the small print, by default I gave permission for automatic annual renewal and, because they have my credit card number, I’m unable to stop the subscription. Has anyone else encountered this problem and how can it be overcome.

“I’m unable to stop the subscription”

Speak to your bank to stop all payment to the STOPzilla Company

ambra4, I'm afraid the bank will not be able to do anything about it. If you make any payment by credit card, the only person or outfit that can stop it is the one you've paid it to.

To stop it you have to tell both the company involved and the card issuer that it is to be stopped.

Tell the bank you have lost your card, they will cancel it and send you a new 1.
