Hi, does anyone know what code is necessary to prevent the use of ctrl + wheel from resizing a web page

You might get a better answer from click here

One sets the text size in pixels. This site uses fixed sizes:

Snip from source code:

<STYLE type="text/css">

.iTt{

FONT-FAMILY: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica;

FONT-SIZE: 11px;

FONT-STYLE: normal;

FONT-WEIGHT: normal;

COLOR: black;

BACKGROUND-COLOR: lightyellow;

BORDER: black 1px solid;

PADDING: 2px;

}

</STYLE>
