I've already tried googling and searching the Microsoft error base for this error, but apart from finding out it's a network driver error, the only solution Microsoft offer, is a hotfix download, which is already installed on my system with XP sp2.

The full error code is as follows. STOP: 0x0000000D1 (0x00000006, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xB9E31504)

NDIS.sys - Address B9E1504 base at B9E2E000, Datestamp 41107ec3

This error has only appeared over the last couple of days, and only happens when downloading or surfing.

My system consists of, MSI P35Neo socket 775 Mobo, E6750 CPU, 2Gb corsair XMS2 800mhz ram, WD 250Gb sata HD, and Radeon 2900 video.

Any suggestions would be very welcome.

Thanks and regards, Joe.
