Stobborn Trojan Help Needed

Hi

trying to assist my Aunt with a Trojan infection and not having much success.

She's running XP Pro with Zone Alarm Security Suite (Firewall & Anti Virus).

Zone Alarm flags a Trojan called:

Trojan.Downloaded.Win32.Virtumonde.Apl

And it's location is:

C/Windows/System32/hggffde.dll

Zone Alarm offers options to Delete, Delete after Reboot, Quarantine, and Rename. Choosing all options one by one Zone Alarm advises this cannot be fixed.

I've tried to manually delete, and rename, the Trojan in Safe Mode but Windows tells me it's in use by another programme.

Does anyone know of any programme, or method, for removing this Trojan?

Many thanks.
