stationary in OE ????

hi, i have xp, when i apply stationary to the email, a lot of the stationary that is already in OE,has a picture across the top, i do not get any of that, all i get is the background, any ideas..............thanks

ps:does that make sense?

No - but when you select stationery under Create Mail, does it show the header on the preview?

Also, in OE, under Tools/options/send is there a tick in the box which says 'reply to messages in the format in which they were sent'? If so, take the tick out.

Your mail settings should be for HTML as well.

Try - Click on Message then New Message Using and Select Stationary then pick which you want.
