Startup problem

I have recently completed building a new computer. The operating system is XP. When installing my NTL broadband the system reported that it could not find a file (E:\installs\TeraEth\vtruck.exe) and could not go any further. After a number of attempts to install I gave up and installed my Broadband manually, works perfectly. The problem I have is that every time I start the computer a message pops up saying "Cannot find a file to continue Virtual Truck setup" followed by the above in brackets. Can someone please tell me how to stop this anoying popup, it is not doing any harm just anoying. Many thanks in advance.

* Click Start, click Run.
* Enter msconfig and click OK.
* Click tab Win.ini to bring it to the front.
* Click the [+] sign beside [windows] to expand this item.
* If you see an entry run= involving \vtagent\reboot.exe, then uncheck it.
* Click OK to exit the System Configuration Utility.
