Startup error message

  Tim 11:50 04 Mar 2003

AMD AthlonXP 2000+
256m Ram
80G hard drive, FAT32, 3 partitions
CDRW and DVD drive

Windows XP pro
NTL cable modoennnm via NIC

on booting up the pc I get the following error message:-
a webserver is already running on port 80 for best results please stop the server and restart this application.

I then click on OK and the PC runs normally.
I have checked all the NTL broadband settings as on their help service and there is no reference to port 80.
Anyone got any ideas on how to get rid of the error message?
