Start where you left off in WORD

A while back, there was an item in the mag that told how, when you open a document, to have the cursor position itself where you left it last time you had the document open - and I can't remember! I keep a list of "handy hints" but I forgot to put this one down, and I've no idea how to find it in Help. Can anyone help, please?

Thanks, Graham, helpful but that's not it. I have a document that I keep adding to, so I want the cursor to be in place (at the end) when it opens. Shift-F5 gets me there but I can equally well do Ctrl-End. I think there's a way of the cursor already being where I want it when the document opens, and that's what I'm after.
