help please my brain has went missin,, i want to go into start up prog. to stop progs. openin at start up and for the life of me i cant think ,what the run comand is

Yes, msconfig is the run command, although it is 'dangerous' as it allows to to disable critical processes.
'StartupCPL' is a free light-weight tool that can do what msconfig does, but safer!
