Does anyone know of a program that will allow you to organize, start, menu, programs,

What do you mean? The shortcuts in the "Start->All Programs" menu for XP? (or for any other version of Windows "Start->Programs")

If so, just open up the following directory in XP:

c:\Documents and Settings->All Users->Start Menu->Programs

I can't remember the directory for other Windows operating systems though.

If you right click on the list of Programs from Start and select Sort by Name from the drop down menu, it will be in alphabetical order.

You can also organise the Start Menu by right clicking on the Start button or Delete individual entries by, again, right clicking on the list of Programs; it only gets rid of the Shortcut and not the Program itself.

For Win 98SE, open Windows Explorer then go to C:\Windows\ Start Menu\ Programs.
You can then change programs as required or create Folders such as Tools, Internet, Reference, Graphics, etc and keep all your associated programs in their own folder thus making them easier to find and saving space on the desk top.

But it does point out that the basic utility doesn't do anything that can't be done manually...:-)
