SSDs and Trim

I've got two Kingston SSDNOW drives, a 30Gb & 64GB. My O/S is Win7 Home Prem. It seems that w7 has built-in support for 'Trim' as well as defrag. I'm aware that SSDs should not be defragged but my question is, how do I activate Trim? as I cannot find it on the O/S.

Many thanks and following the advice I've enabled it but what happens now. Is it an automatic trim or has it to be 'told'? The word 'trim' is not recognised as a command.

enter at the cmd

“fsutil behavior set DisableDeleteNotify 0?

and it should work on auto with no further input from you.

Thanks
I've already done that so I guess I can just forget it now. I wonder if it'll pick up the other drive? Unlike defrag you can't see what's happening.
