There is a new update dated 1/12/03 but how do I update. Everytime I try it does not appear to update as it still shows the previous database.

Thanks, just downloaded it with no probs.

Run the prog, click on 'Check for updates' on the second window that appears, click on 'download updates'.

Then 'Select all', and 'Protect against checked items'.

I have found that after downloading update(s) the new ones are off the bottom of the list. You will need to scroll the list down to see them and then put ticks in the boxes.

Still wont update despite re installing.

I had problems with it initially due to the active window - the update one - disappearing behind another. When you've got as far as you can with the update, move the top window (click and drop to one side) and see what is behind it.
