spyware terminator/unreadable binary files

a scan with spyware terminator found "unreadable binary files" as critical objects. i didnt know what they were and if they were needed, so ive quarantined them. are they needed and should i restore them, or can they be deleted safely. they seem to refer to various programmes on the pc.

i would quarentine them for now to be safe. if you get any problems from windows you can safely put them back.
