spyware ... help

i have some sort of spyware and my pc is getting messages and sorts and mcaffe and adaware will not remve it please help.. i have put a link bellow to a site with the pics

Hi. I had exactly the same problem (i think) and every time you tried to open internet it took you to a bogus web page "iesafepage" or something like that. The comp in question had spyware doctor installed, but every time I tried to run that, it froze up. I eventually was able to run spyware doctor sucsessfuly by starting the comp in safe mode (hold F8 key as comp starts up) and running sw doctor. This found about three trojans and fixed them. I then downloaded free adaware and run that, and that found some other things as well. Eventually all was well again. This worked for me with the help of spyware doctor, but it might work with another program. Hope this helps, regards.

thats alot guys it fixed my pc and now there is not pop ups and it found other hidden spy ware so thanks for the help.

I have the same problem as above and have run ewido which has found 14 adaware medium threat and the following which needs actionHKU\S-1-5-21-1454471165-1682526488-854245398-1003\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Ext\Stats\{5929CD6E-2062-44A4-B2C5-2C7E78FBAB38} -> Adware.Generic : Ignored.

I have saved the report but it does not say what to do next. I have Avira antivirus installed
Can VoG suggest what to do next(or anyone else
