Spybot Registry change messages

A few weeks ago there was a substantial update of the Spybot system. Since then, I have been plagued with Spybot messages advising of 'Important changes' to Registry entries, and asking my permission to implement them. On start up, these messages are mainly to do with Mcafee, which I don't use and it is mostly uninstalled on my computer (some bits are left which give rise to other messages which I have to accept to remove), but other Registry changes are notified which I don't understand and which I don't allow. These come up next time I'm switched on and I don't really know what is going on. Do other peaople see these things, and what should I do about them?

Thanks for that. I will have to take a little time to absorb it and decide whether to follow it through. Clicking on 'Remember' tab seems a good place to try.
