speedtouch st585 v6 manual install

  noviceshark 11:15 03 Nov 2007

Going wireless with AOL who sent me a speedtouch st585 v6 router with an 'easy install CD'. The set up tests on the CD failed but I noticed that I had a wired connection with ethernet cable and that POWER, ETHERNET, WLAN, DSL & INTERNET all have green lights above them in the router. A wired connection is all I need for now, but is the router still transmitting wirelessly?

I went to click here to try and configure security settings. Is there anything I should be concerned about? * in obvious places.
