Specified Service not exist & upgrade from 32bit

hi i get this message "the specified service does not exist as an installed service" when i start CNG key isolation its in my service list but i still get that message.wot can i do?and how do i upgrade my windows from a 32 bit to a 64 bit aswell please thanks

I would say that this is the definitive answer to that question click here it appears that you will have to make a backup of all your data and then perform a custom installation of the 64-bit OS.

All of this is, of course, assuming that your PC has a 64-bit-capable processor
