...... or in paper for.

If so use OCR software to scan the document and print it.

What do you intend to do with it ? Might be better to put it into a database.

OCR = Optical Character Recognition. eg Omnipro. It tries to copy text into editable text. Not 100% but a big help. Can you be more specific on details of what you want to do and people may be able to give you more advice. You can of course, copy and paste fron a web page to ,eg, Word

It is a list of moths i have seen, and i want to be able to send the list to other people without having to type it out, each time there are new ones added.

I would create a word or excel document (say called species1) then attach it to your e mail,.Each tine you add a new species, you just update the file and attach it again.You only need to type in on your master list, surely?
