Saw this 'Evesham' 27" LCD TV with the spec below. Means nothing to me, is this a true HD-Ready TV? Is it any good?
Any advice please.

HDTV is currently not yet generally available in the UK and there is always the possibility the spec could change before it does come in.

If it's the model Woolworths are advertising, their ad says it has a D-sub connector that will accept an HDTV video input which presumably means you will need a receiver box to connect to the LCD to receive HDTV.

Personally I think I would wait a bit longer if it's really the HDTV capability you want.
