SPAM with nasty attachments

A warning for any that may not be aware.

In the past two days I have had 6 pieces of Spam all titled 'DHL Express Delivery' from two separate addresses ([email protected] and [email protected]) all containing malware as an attachment. The two items of malware found are Virus Fake Alert and Trojan Horse Cryptic COA.

If you get any of these, I suggest immediate deletion even if your mail checker has moved the malware to the virus vault.

I had one of these last week. My computer would not let me open it. It came from a different source from your two. It just happened that I was waiting for a delivery and thought it was genine. But as windows would not let me open it I decided to Google it and soon found out it was a nasty one so I just deleted it.

So be warned, delete these type of e-mails.

Me too! I did exactly the same thing, awaiting a delivery, not thinking and stupidly ignoring the give-away signs like poor spelling and grammar. Thankfully, MSE stopped it in it's tracks.
