Spam filters by content - where could I find?

  Raywood 08:00 08 Dec 2006

Until recently I have had a relatively spam free mailbox. However my inbox has now started filling up with a lot of junk. The most common email is one that shows up as a coloured square with text in wavy lines. Apparently there is a slideshow with it, but I just delete the whole email. I also add the senders address to the blocked address list. My problem is that the e-mail is sent via a different address each time.

Is there a spam filter that can look at my email see that it is a coloured square with text in and delete it forever? I would rather not close my e-amil account and find another one.
