SPAM filtering

Is there an Anti-Spam device out there that filters on content rather than e-address?
If only I could eliminate those featuring 'viagra', 'cheap-software' 'investment oportunity' etc..., the remainder would be easy to dump!

I think this company has discontinued this option at this price. I used to use it and it was very good however you now must subsribe to an upgraded more commercial rate for bussiness users

The spam filter in Zonealarm security suite works well for me and cuts out about 99% of the crap I get mailed.
