Hi ther just two requests to find answers to.
First my cousin cannot install MSN messenger, hotmail etc (weel updated version) because on her laptop that she hasn't used for over a year it says "will not work with Windows XP without SP2" she does not have SP2 insalled and I cannot find a disc what I had with it on, does anyone know where we can get a FREE copy/version to instal.

My 2nd question is for the past 2 days whenever I log into my hotmails on MSN I type in my password and it comes up incorrect e-mail/password and I retype my password and then it's ok. This happens with all 3 hotmails I have (I have to type in my password twice) only on hotmail. My pc if spyware and virus free according to my progs (PC Guard and UniBlue).Anyone any ideas. Thanx Ian

XP SP2; click here

Remove PCGuard and install something better; Fruitbat's recommendations in this post click here will do a far better job of protecting a PC than PCGuard
