Hello I was wondering whats the difference between an Soundblaster Audigy OEM and one you buy in a shop apart from the big price difference?

OEM products are meant to be sold as part of a system, there is no physical difference between the products apart from them not coming in a fancy box and sometimes they don't include things like a manual and drivers CD. Not a huge problem really considering the price difference and in the case of the software, if missing, it can always be downloaded.
