I have been given a "SoundBridge" M1000 network Music Player. Very nice looking piece of gear with which I can ,apparently, play music and radio wirelessly from my PC.Trouble is I have to get some sort of wireless router.
Right now I have XP Home. SP2. Aol Broadband with BT Voyager 105 modem.
Does anyone know anything about this piece of kit. At 70 years old (today!) I am a little scared!!
Grateful for any help and advice.

Sorry to see you've had nothing further. Have you searched the Web, a quick look showed up this click here. Preume it has a USB connection, can't you just plug this in to at least make a start and get the feel? Would expect XP to find it o.k.

Hi Pidder. Thanks for that. In fact I also found the Soundbridge website and got some good help from one of their forums. I'm pretty sure that I'll be up and running with this "toy" soon, although right now I'm off to California with my wife for a month or so of soaking up some sun and fun with a Mustang convertible hehe!. Thanks again for your concern.
Good luck
Regards
