sound and video

Hi, when one buys a new PCwhich is best a m/board with intergrated sound and video or seperate cards.

IMHO separate sound cards offer the best option, I have the Creative Audigy2 which is excellent.

Having said that some MB integrated sound chips are also very good depending on the spec.

As in all things it depends on what your requirements are and on the amount you are willing to shell out.

I would always plump for a sound card and a decent set of speakers.
