Sound card sampling rate

Hi Guys, probably a naff question, but how do I find out the sampling rate on my Toshiba A210-1AS laptop? I run a decode program which requires a 44KHz sampling rate, main PC has a Soundblaster Live 24 card on which I can select 48K or 96K, neither of which is of use, so operations have shifted to the laptop. Unless anyone knows if 44K can be set on the Soundblaster?
Many thanks in advance.
