I re installed all of windows xp and started fresh. It was all working perfectly, until i tried to play a song. The sound is not working, any ideas why? I have cambridge soundworks speakers plugged into the relevant sockets, i think.

Cheers, Eddy

Echo....

But, as stalion has said, you need to re-install the drivers for your onboard sound card/PCI sound card....
