I wonder if any of the gurus out ther can help.
I'm trying to find out just what type of HDD my laptop is fitted with. The Sony site no longer has the spec of the model which is a SONY VGN TZ11MN with a 80GB HDD.

I'm thinking of replacing the drive if at all possiblew with a suitable solid state drive.
Other than been unsuitable physically e.e. IDE or SATA are there any other issues that would prevent this from being possible?
