So, do I actually replace my AGP card?

Hi,

I was considering replacing my aging AGP card [click here] but am now uncertain.

I have 2 options - a bigger hard drive or the graphics card - but what should I do as I cannot afford both! My current hard drive is less than 50% full after 3 years, so that doesn't NEED replacing and I am unsure exactly what benefit I would have by replacing my 32Mb card with a 128Mb since I only noticed the problem when I downloaded & tried to run Joost. All other times there has been no [perceived] issue. I am not a gamer - my PC is only used for web browsing, Office applications and the occassional playing of videos on things like My Tube. No video editing or anything like that - I don't even do photo manipulation!

What should I do?????

TIA

Paul

If you want to run Joost and your present card is spoiling your enjoyment, then go ahead and get the card. I, like you, am not a gamer, but I do a lot of video editing/encoding and graphics manipulation but my onboard graphics suffice.

Thanks Maj - I agree that this is the best option & will order the card now.

Thanks for clearing my mind!

Paul
