slow running

I have windows xp home. 2002. IE 6. 80gb and 14gb used. 256mb. Would removing my photographs onto a separate hard drive and increasing the memory help? Any other suggestions? Craigowl

First things first, get more memory.
If in doubt as to which and what, go to the site and they will give you good advice. That will improve things enormously.

By increasing the amount of RAM you would see a boost in your PC's speed.

Buying a larger hard drive may give you a little bit more speed but probably not much.

I would also archive and burn to CD/DVD some of your photos if you have a CD or DVD burner.
