same here, 2 pc's and 2 laptops, been busy running avg; spybot; adaware and a2squared on them all + defraging which has increased the speed but not as it was before, busy all weekend but on Monday I might give ntl/virgin a ring to see what they say
I am in northants,No problem here,You can check your speeds with this. click here One other thing to try, Control Panel.Network connections. Local Area Connection.Right click it see if you have any problem with DNS Cache.
here in Cambridge. Ntl's own bb line. Prob. took a few days to sort the change to Virgin. I needed to phone them re outlook express about Feb. 11 or 12 & there were some recorded messages about "issues" in various parts of the country. Sorry I can't help. Good luck. -T
