Small network of about 30 computers connected 100Mbit network, cables before putting into operation tested, everything works fine. There are 30 XP computers and one Win7 2 Switch-a No special setup, everything works normally in terms of running the program and access to the Internet for example, but with Win7 to XP transfer copy-paste file size approx 1Gb should almost one hour? Speed never crosses 300kb/sec? Drivers are those who came with the motherboard and there is no newer.

To get started with your netwrok connection issue resolved, may be its a common thing to check first the connection qiality, for that you may follow the following link with just a click. click here Connectivity Checker will perform a series of network tests for modern Web Services like WebSockets and WebRTC. Once tests are finished a url will be created which you can then share with an expert.

I assumed that the transfer from XP to Windows 7 PC is fast/fine. And if you initiated the transfer an XP machine for data transfer from Win 7 to XP, this would be fine too. So the solution is possibly, go to a Windows 7 PC's LAN properties for the LAN hardware , click on "configure" (this network adapter) and then click on "advanced" and disable these two properties from "enable":- Large Send Offload v2 (IPv4) - Disable Large Send Offload v2 (IPv6) - Disable Most of the time (90%+) this method would solve the problem that you had described. Don't click on any external web page for network tests unless you are assured that the web site is sincere and can be trusted (like BT or Sky broadband speed test).
