Slow broadband

  joethebow 09:15 07 Jul 2004

I've just installed BTBroadband on a PC running Win XP. The connection is running like a slug, much slower than my original 56K modem.

I had AOL in there before which I have now deleted. The XP firewall is off.

Any ideas?

If you look at it sideways its a smile. And I was smiling at your comment of waiting for a bus. Its very true what you say. Sometimes a question is asked and half a dozen members or more will reply in a matter of moments, hope joethebow can get back on-line so we can try and help. :o)

Djohn ;o) hey ;o) So it does, nice one, looks like I've been everywhere and not noticed much.

Off topic I know, but while we wait for joethebow how do you do bold for your headings? That's something else I haven't noticed look.
