Hi I have a XP along with a ASUS A8V delux mobo.

I'm going to have to do a reinstall of XP soon, but wondered is it possible to slipstream my XP disc with SP3 AND the SATA drivers on the floppy for the mobo HDD so that I don't have to use the floppy part way thru the install process?

Thanks.

Not wishing to hijack this thread, but being interested in getting my SATA drivers installed at the same time as XP SP3, is there any way of adding the drivers to the way slipstreaming is suggested here click here.

I must be honest, I am not certain where to get the SATA drivers (I can get the update packs) or how to add them to the processes given above.

I've used nLite to slipstream my SATA drivers click here

SATA drivers should be available form the motherboard manufacturers website (or on the motherboard CD).
