Those wonderful people at Sky have managed to leave me with no service. BBand ordered 27th July, cutover Aug 6th, kit due Aug 13th, priceless. In the meantime I asked if I could use my d-link adsl router but they refuse to give me the settings, they insist they are hardcoded and can't be revealed. Does anyone know a way around this please.
In light of all the problems I said I would head back to BT, Sky are flatly refusing to give me a MAC code within 5 days.
